Amazing place great food nice people working here, the clean crew just have to take more time on cleaning specifically the floor

This was my first time at this location. All the employees that I interacted with were quite polite and helpful. I initially ordered a matcha frappe for pick up but got caught by the rain. While waiting inside, I decided to settle in and enjoy the ambiance. I then ordered a grilled cheese sandwich to go with my drink. My sandwich was served hot and was ooey gooey delicious! My matcha was blended perfectly and was just right. 👌🏾 Lately I’ve been very disappointed with the matcha frappes at a few other Starbucks locations but not this time.

I think this happened to me once a long time ago, and I didn’t pay much attention to it. But it happened again today at Starbucks, and this time I felt it was worth mentioning. I’m a big fan of the Frozen Matcha Cream drink. Today I ordered two—one for myself and one for my wife. Wow. Both were disappointing. What I don’t understand is why Starbucks locations can be so inconsistent when preparing the same drink. Sometimes I’ve received matchas that are excessively sweet, and while that’s not ideal, it’s at least somewhat fixable. But today was a completely different issue. Both drinks were extremely watery. They tasted like cups of ice with just a tiny hint of matcha. They lacked the smooth, creamy texture and rich flavor that I normally expect from this drink. There was virtually no matcha taste at all. By the time I realized how bad they were, I was already on my way home, so I wasn’t going to drive back just to have them remade. Still, it was very disappointing. I love matcha, and Starbucks has often been my go-to place for it, but experiences like this make me wonder if I need to start looking elsewhere when I want a good matcha drink. i drank a pink drink from this location 2 days ago and i have been experiencing the worst days of my life i ordered a pink drink at this starbucks and everything was normal until i started feeling really sick, i felt the worst stomach pains and started vomiting like crazy, the only possibility to this was the coconut milk from the pink drink. i don’t know how can such nasty people serve spoiled and disgusting milk to people and act like everything is ok. i am at my worst and never felt like this. i really wish i could sue this place but unfortunately it is very complicated. i really hope you can start checking your nasty stuff before selling it to costumers (because this is your job and the bare minimum) i’m glad i’m aware now and i will never be coming back, stop intoxicating people!

I was here Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. and everyone here was so friendly!! I’m a partner at a Starbucks in Pennsylvania (visiting family here in FL) and felt right at home hahaha! 🤗
